This year my violets have been wonderful and are spreading further and further. They make good ground cover. The perfume is delightful and the colours quite remarkable. There are the common violet colour as well as the pink one shown here. Also there are white ones and a pale blue as well. I hope you enjoy these pictures.

Oh I grew those indoors in winter when I lived in Maryland in the fourth grade and loved them. They kept multiplying and multiplying and pretty soon every window sill was filled. I have only seen the violet ones, never a pink or white. How lovely.
