I am not looking forward to winter but do enjoy the autumn colours. The crabapple has a huge crop this year and friends have already take away buckets full to make jelly. This persimmon tree does not fruit well but has brilliant colours every year.
On a recent trip to Hamilton N.Z. I was taken to the Hamilton Gardens and took a number of photographs. The mosaic pathway was a real work of art and I could not resist photographing the cheeky sparrow at the restaurant.
These two pictures compliment each other. The large slab vase is one of Estelle's and the pillow vase is one of mine. My apologies for the break in my postings but I had a computer virus and I did not wish to pass it on to anyone. All clear now so best wishes.
