The top image is of a Sudanese Children's woven rug that we purchased from a Melbourne gallery some time ago. It is very large and just how all the pictures of birds and animals, trees and houses have been done and combined I do not know. The other picture is of one of the last Cambellii Magnolia flowers in a cube vase on my table. I am taking a break for a little while and hope to have some new pictures of pots when I return.
This strange growth on one of my eucalyptus trees nearly merited another eye in Photoshop. The other is a reflected image of a three pin power outlet showing on a plywood wall. This shadow only appears one day every six months when the sun is in just the right position.
A couple of pictures from around the house. The fern a new one taken from one we planted many years ago. It seems to like this spot. The bamboo leaves are on a black stemmed bamboo just outside my bathroom window.
These photographs were taken by my son Craig and show an old school at Blackwater in the South Island. Although the school I went to was larger the interior of the classroom was very similar. Those old desks with holes for the inkwells and a groove to hold the pens and pencils.
